A business proposal booklet offered for our client, the e-commerce company ‘20 Satellites' to evaluate a large scale website design project as a design studio. Brand identity design for our studio also being included in this project. This is a group project.
Overview
Webdays design studio is a digital product and service studio specialized in Web Designing and Developing Interactive media arts. We are passionate about designing beautiful and creative website, e-commerce websites application, new media technol- ogy including AR and VR, and other web related services by pushing our boundaries.
‘Webdays’ the name is inspired by our everyday work and we love to make the web more beautiful and more accessible. For us, every day is a webday. We strive ourselves to keep up to date with new cutting-edge technologies and design trends.

About 20 Satellites
A new start-up dedicated to designing, selling and celebrating the fusion of graphics and fashion. They are also an online community that brings together artists and those who admire their work.

We created an internal budget plan to calculate the detail internal fees and expenses under each phases, and came up with the total budget by the end.

This gantt chart shows how the internal work been scheduled under each phases. It shows our internal process sequence and milestones by using a bar chart to visualize the works.
Research
Research on the traffic and engagement, marketing channels, traffic sources, search traffic, referral traffic, display traffic, and social traffic.
Measures of Success
We track the KPIs such as number of unique visitors, completed transactions, number of repeat visitors, abandoned shopping cart rate, time users spend on a website, etc. We were also include the method of measurement and our approaches to the proposal.
